HOW IT WORKS
BEFORE
SETTING UP A ZOOM CALL
You’ll sign up for a date and time that work best for you. You’ll also fill out a detailed survey that will help me understand your goals and guide our conversation.
DURING
1:1 TIME TOGETHER
Using your goals, timeline, and lifestyle, we’ll strategize together to come up with a plan that fits YOU. You’ll leave the call having questions answered and a plan to move forward -- and the recording of the call will be shared with you so that you’re able to be fully engaged.
AFTER
ONGOING SUPPORT
Within 48 hours of the call, you’ll receive your personalized nutrition plan, as well as other resources to support your needs. To ensure support as you kick off your nutrition journey, you will have email access to me for 7 days after receiving your resources to answer any follow-up questions or clarify next steps.

That’s why I’ve created Nutrition Strategy Sessions, a personalized opportunity via Zoom to fill your nutrition toolbox with resources, tips, and actionable next steps to take control of your nutrition.
During a customizable, 40-minute call and the high-touch week that follows, you will have access to education, accountability, and support from me. This session (before, during, and after) is designed for people in ALL phases of their nutrition journeys.
A Nutrition Strategy Session is a great step to launch yourself toward personalized progress, realistic behaviors, and sustainable habits!
