Flexible Nutrition Coaching is individualized coaching that provides unwavering support and accountability in making long-term, sustainable changes to fit your lifestyle. Taking your goals into account (be it fat loss, striving toward a better relationship with food, gaining muscle, or others), this personalized coaching is focused on macro-based nutrition. We’ll work together to make changes that fit into your lifestyle, not the other way around.
What do I get out of 1:1 Coaching?
Personalized Macro Targets
As your journey with a nutrition coach progresses, so do your targets. With your goals and lifestyle in mind, we’ll work together to find comfort and confidence in tracking macros and meeting targets, all while keeping your favorite foods in the mix.
Weekly Check-Ins
Weekly check-ins allow us to stay on track with your goals, and make adjustments as necessary. We’ll talk about the things that you’re proud of as well as the roadblocks that are in your way so that you continue to see progress. You’re not alone in this!
Resources and Nutrition Education
You’ll receive education on nutrition topics and have access to an extensive collection of client resources. Need some meal prep suggestions? Look no further. Help navigating eating or drinking out? I’ve got you covered! These resources will help guide you as you build your own new collection of habits.
Personalized Nutrition Guide
A specific-to-you guide to help with taking the first (& next!) steps of meeting your macro goals, meal ideas, and tracking suggestions and tips.
Unlimited Support
You will have unlimited access to me through my coaching platform. Messaging doesn’t have to be limited to check-in days; I’m here for you to provide guidance and accountability when you need it. And I’m not just here to answer your questions — I’m also by your side to cheer you on through celebrations and troubleshoot with you through struggles. Check-ins and messages will be replied to within 24 hours.

What’s the process of 1:1 Coaching look like?
READY
Select your coaching plan, submit payment, and then we’ll connect via the coaching app. You’ll fill out a thorough questionnaire so that I am aware of your dieting past, current habits, and future goals. I’ll also ask you to track a few days of what you are eating so that we’re aligned with our starting points.
SET
You will receive your macronutrient (macro) targets and a personalized nutrition guide to get you started, and you’ll begin tracking. Resources related to your questions and goals will be sent your way.
GO!
Daily check-ins will be a quick capture of your daily habits, and a weekly check-in with your coach to chat progress, celebrations, and challenges. Messaging support is always available, whether it’s check-in day or not!
